Delivery & Returns
When your order is completed you will be sent a confirmation with the delivery date and tracking information. Delivery of your product is fulfilled by our partner Amazon.co.uk direct from their fulfilment centre and delivered conveniently to your home or office.
We endeavour to provide a delivery service to the whole of the UK (England, Scotland and Wales excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands) but there may be some instances where we will inform you if there are any additional charges or timing limitations associated with your selected postcode.
Receipt of Delivery
All orders will be delivered to the address as stated at check-out when you make your purchase.
Once Amazon make delivery we cannot be held responsible for your products if they are stolen. It is recommended that the package is delivered to an address where it can be received and signed for.
You are responsible to inspect your delivery when you receive it. If there are any defects, please notify us by emailing us using the contact details on our website. If you do not let us know within 48 hours of delivery, we reserve the right not to refund or replace your purchase.
We want you to be happy. If for any reason we deliver a product that has not met your expectations, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate the situation further and resolve any issues.
Items must be returned in saleable condition: unopened with all packaging/hygiene seals intact. Items must be returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt.
